What Praises Shall We Bring

Words: Lawrence A. Wik, 2013
TUNE: WONDROUS LOVE, American Folk Hymn

The hymn normally sung to this tune, "What Wondrous Love Is This, O My Soul," is often sung slowly, quietly, reflectively as a hymn for Lent and Holy Week. The Rev. Lawrence A. Wik has set this text of praise and Resurrection to the same tune, quite a contrast. It is appropriate for Eastertide, Pentecost, and general use and should be sung with energy and vitality.
