ONCE ONSITE:
Registration/check-in is scheduled from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26 in the hotel lobby, with dinner following at 6 p.m. We will then gather for Opening Worship and Communion. Saturday includes teaching sessions, jurisdictional breakout meetings, free time to explore Santa Fe, and an evening vespers service. Following Sunday morning business meetings, we will tour the McCurdy Ministries Community Center (a 105-year-old National Mission Institution of the UMC combining the efforts of United Methodist Women, Global Ministries, and the New Mexico Annual Conference), discuss the geography of grace/our calling, and enjoy local cuisine on that night. Following morning meetings and closing worship our gathering ends with lunch on Monday, April 29.

We hope you can join us to connect with fellow annual conference lay leaders from across the UMC connection, visit and learn about the key role of lay leaders in our church for a time such as this, experience historic Santa Fe, be inspired during worship, and care for the ongoing business of AACLL.
