  • Lunch & Learn: Taking Outlook to the next level with Salesforce

  • Lunch & Learn: What is an Interaction?
As part of the implementation of Salesforce, our developers created a custom tool to help support our workflow. Many of us are in regular contact with church leaders each day by phone, email, event conferences … when that was a thing. Our new “Interactions” tool will allow you to log and track these contacts from your laptop or cell phone. If needs are identified, or new ideas evolve, Interactions will allow us to track a project from beginning to an eventual resolution or implementation. You are invited to join Karen Raimondi and Matt Carlisle for lunch at your desk and to learn more about Interactions.
