Anyone who has visited churches knows each congregation has a unique personality. How do the spiritual gifts of members play into the development of a church's identity? It may be the dominant gifts of the members that shape this, or it may be the character of the existing members that determine who is attracted to which congregation – or maybe both.
Look at the list of clusters and see if you can determine which category is closest to capturing your church family.
