Customer Care Manager (Exempt) - Reports to Executive Director Operations

The Customer Care Manager uses high-level problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and is the escalation point for challenging customer issues. Is extremely skilled in multiple custom software systems and innovatively uses those systems to piece together information needed to resolve problems. Processes information quickly and efficiently and crafts questions to get to the heart of a customer’s concern.

Oversees the call center representatives and their work. Determines appropriate staffing levels and monitors processes, identifies, and provides training as needed for representatives. Has a deep knowledge of the organization and identifies appropriate staff involvement needed to resolve customer concerns.

The successful candidate will continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions. Required to work in one or more multiple skill sets over various customer contact channels and must have a deep passion for solving problems and serving constituents.


Work from home office - Nashville, Tenn.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).

One to three years’ experience working in a customer service environment (required), preferably as a manager.
