The resources on this page support individuals, churches, and small groups in our annual initiative to “Read a Chapter a Day” of scripture. Read more about and find a link to register for the free initiative here. And if you’re interested in why we are reading scripture as a daily practice, look at this introduction that shares about how reading scripture (re)orients our lives in formative ways.
The most recent Read a Chapter a Day initiative was held September 8-October 2026 where participants joined in a six-week practice of reading through Paul’s Shorter Letters (Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 & 2 Thessalonians, 1 & 2 Timothy, Titus and Philemon). Below, you can download three free resources to use this initiative with your congregation or community at any time.
You will find two options for individual use, a daily tracking guide or an expanded version that includes a notes page. Additionally, we provide a small group guide for gathered reflections in coordination with the daily readings. Looking for encouragement about how others have read together? Check out the testimonies below!
