With All Your Heart Worship Series: MAKING A NEW THING
For the people of God, our one thing is resurrection – the movement from death to new life. We practice resurrection as a church and as individuals all the time, or at least we should.

- Philippians 3:4b-14

We emerge this week from our wilderness wanderings and find ourselves caught up in a parade, a party, a procession of palms! It has been a long journey to arrive at the gates of Jerusalem where Jesus will make his grand entry into the heart of political power and religious authority.

- Psalm 118:1-2, 19-29 (UMH 839)

Living Worship Series: BELIEVE IN ME
Jesus arrives among a group of disciples who are scared for their lives; they have every right to be. They saw their leader crucified and are concerned that they might be next. It is perfectly understandable for them to feel scared, anxious, and nervous—anything but peaceful.
- Acts 5:27-32
- Psalm 150 (UMH 862)
- Revelation 1:4-8
- John 20:19-31
Living Worship Series: FOLLOW ME
In the stories of Jesus seeing his disciples after the resurrection, several times we see Jesus having conversations with his disciples without them recognizing him—at least not right away. They don’t recognize him until he does something familiar.
- Acts 9:1-6 (7-20)
- Psalm 30 (UMH 762)
- Revelation 5:11-14
- John 21:1-9
Living Worship Series: LISTEN TO ME
Jesus does not always answer the questions the way we want. People gather around Jesus and demand that he tell them, plainly if he is the Messiah. Jesus replies that he has already told them, but they did not believe.
- Acts 9:36-43
- Psalm 23 (UMH 754 or 137)
- Revelation 7:9-17
- John 10:22-30
