Savior of All, to Thee We Bow

Text by Charles Wesley, 1742
Tune: DEUS TUORUM MILITUM, from Grenoble Antiphoner, 1753; harm. Ralph Vaughan Williams, 1906
Scripture References: Psalm 51:17; 141:2; John 6:51-55; 10:30; Romans 5:2; Philippians 2:10; Revelation 3:20
Topical References: salvation; repentance; Holy Communion; faith; holiness; sanctification

This hymn by Charles Wesley is taken as a part of the original much larger hymnic setting of Revelation 3. The hymn works well for Holy Communion, but as is typical of Wesley's hymns, there is great depth of topical and scriptural references.
