It was written in response to materials presented at the New England Pastors' Assembly Conference on 'Pastoral Fitness: Spiritual, Emotional, Intellectual and Physical Health for Clergy and Family' by The Reverend G. Lloyd Rediger, Dr. Kirk Byron Jones, and Dr. Gretchen Breyller-Hegeman, August 27-30, 2007." It is set to the familiar tune of Trentham.
