God, Hold Us, Enfold Us

Words: Marjorie Dobson, 2012
Music: tune, GORDON, Adoniram J. Gordon, 1876

"God, Hold Us, Enfold Us" speaks eloquently of the sense of desolate loss, meaninglessness, remorse and even rage felt on the occasion of a death by suicide. It moves on to sing of the time when God holds us and "the tide of grief turns" and we are "held safe in God's love."

The author, Marjorie Dobson, is a Local Preacher in the British Methodist Church.
