First Twelve is not just a training event. We're committed to walking with you as you gather and grow your team of a dozen leaders to start your new ministry, new faith community, or new church. Your coach and cohort will walk with you through regular communication, monthly coaching cohort calls, plan accountability, and troubleshooting. Our coaches are talented and experienced church leaders who have been specifically trained to help you through the First Twelve process.
