Director, Recruiting, Assessing, & Training for Church Planting, (exempt) - Reports to Executive Director, Community Engagement & Church Planting/Path 1.
The Director, Recruiting, Assessing & Training for Church Planting position develops effective systems for recruiting, assessing, and training leaders (clergy & laity) to lead community engagement and new church development (including the High Impact Residency Program); establishing a pool of trained leaders, accessible to bishops & cabinets, for global deployment.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of conference systems, new church development, be the best practices for recruiting, assessing, and training church planters.
Education / Experience
Master’s of Divinity or equivalency / Six to seven years of experience in the new church development.
