Beyond the Classroom (October 2014 ITeach)
For the most part, the formal educational ministry of a congregation has taken place in the church building. Small groups may meet in members’ homes or other locations, but our primary models for education (e.g., Sunday school) have been located at the congregation’s meeting site. There are various reasons that make this a good option; however, location for learning may need to be adjusted depending on learning strategies and desired results.
