Autumn of My Golden Years

I have not reached the autumn of my golden years --
But when I do, I shall remember all of you --

Your grace and style, your sparkling eyes and generous smiles --
Your faces reflecting the wisdom of your years --
Your kindness expressed when you lend a listening ear.

I shall see you gathered all as one --
In devotion, in study in praising and giving glory to our Father,
the most Holy One.

You show me each Sunday, as the church pews are filled with all of you here . . .
that life really begins in my golden years!!
