The third annual Wesleyan Leadership Conference met at the General Board of Discipleship in Nashville, TN November 1-3, 2012. Dr. David Lowes Watson was the keynote speaker. His topic was "Sharing Pastoral Power: Wesleyan Foundations for Leadership in the Congregation."

Dr. Watson is the author of three books that serve as foundational resources for helping congregations make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world in the Wesleyan way. The books are:
