Churches Planting Churches Online Training Starts August 17

Churches Planting Churches 2021 represents a partnership of Discipleship Ministries with two amazing multisite churches: Embrace Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and First United Methodist Church, Colorado Springs, Colorado. For two hours each Tuesday, starting August 17 and going six weeks (skipping September 7), webinars will be held for church leaders in congregations that are considering launching a new campus, planning to launch a new campus, adopt a campus, or develop a ministry that is off-site from its campus.

Director of Church Multiplication Paul Nixon reflects: "There are best practices about this kind of ministry initiative, well illustrated by Colorado Springs First and Embrace. We want to help churches move to an expanded ministry map with good momentum and an awareness of the potholes and pitfalls that can be avoided.”

Beyond the webinars, each Churches Planting Churches congregation will have access to a coach for an additional six months. Kay Kotan and Anthony Clowes will be the coaches for this round.
