Worship Team Administrative Coordinator

Worship Team Administrative Coordinator (non-exempt), Reports to Executive Director, Worship Resources Ministries

The Worship Team Administrative Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling the mission of Discipleship Ministries by coordinating the administrative work of the Worship Team. Performs a full range of administrative duties including: budget maintenance and tracking of funds; communication with external and internal customers via mail, telephone, email and other means of communication to support the worship team directors. Manages information for assigned events and projects through filing systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other information management systems.

The successful candidate must have office management, superior interpersonal skills, event and project management, specific knowledge about financial processes and communication skills and supporting online platforms such as Zoom and Salesforce.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; One to three years of related job experience.
