Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager – Part Time, (Exempt), Reports to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
The Facilities Manager manages the day-to-day facilities and property operations of Discipleship Ministries (DM) and tenants. Leads the maintenance team in providing excellent service and a safe and secure work environment for the staff of DM and tenants.
This position manages, supervises and directs regular activities and special projects related to DM and tenants. Buildings, grounds, parking lot, and properties are maintained in a safe, responsible, and quality manner. Direct and manage building services staff to ensure quality and timely services are provided.
Research, analyzes, and recommends to the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer bids from vendors and contractors concerning repairs, renovations services and equipment. Manage all contracts to ensure all requirements are met and the work is completed in a timely manner. Is responsible for researching and managing all projects to meet all city, state, and national code requirements.

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of computerized control systems. Comprehensive knowledge of city, state, and national construction and building related code requirements.
Six to Seven years of related experience.
