Director, Diversity and Innovative Community Engagement and Church Planting, Reports to Executive Director, Community Engagement & Church Planting/Path 1.

The Director, Diversity and Innovative Community Engagement and Church Planting position advances the strategic goal for growing ethnic diversity, innovative ministry, and church planting strategies based on research and outcome from strategic conversations with various stakeholders. Curates relevant resources and offers them to support the efforts of the whole church (existing as well as new) for making disciples and transforming the world amidst a pandemic and other crises in both local and global arenas.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of New Church development, church growth and congregational development, and publication of written resources.

Education / Experience

Master’s Degree in relevant field / Six to seven years of experience in the work of New Church Starts, New Church development, church growth and congregational development and a track record of fruitfulness in previous assignments.
