Customer Care Representative, (hourly non-exempt position), Reports to Customer Care Manager

The Customer Care Representative, using systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers. Uses problem solving skills to determine the best course of action resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer; uses training to gain and communicate information about our customers’ needs and expectations.

The successful candidate must have excellent record keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills.

Location: Work from Home Position – (anywhere)

Education / Experience

High School diploma or GED (required) / One year of call center or customer service experience (required).
