Customer Care Manager

Customer Care Manager, (salary exempt level position) Reports to Director of Shared Services and Analytics

The Customer Care Manager uses high-level problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and is the escalation point for challenging customer issues. Oversees the Call Center representatives and their work; monitor processes, identifies, and provides training to the reps as needed.

The successful candidate must have excellent record keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills.

Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience.

Location: Nashville, TN – Work from Home Office Position

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required) / One to three years of experience working in a customer service environment (required), preferable in a management role.
