The Bible as a Guide to Prayer

When God speaks, be ready for surprises. In the beginning God, speaks; and the creation is born. Throughout history, God speaks through covenants, blessings, and directives for obedient living. When the time is right, God speaks again. “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy.” When God speaks, our life is filled with miraculous possibilities, undergirded by conversion and dialogue.

Let God speak to us, through us, with us, and for us as we consider God’s word.
